Hi, I'm Georgia, a cake designer, tutor, and content creator.

I discovered my passion for baking back in 2012. Despite initially considering a career in architecture and animation, I realized my true love for food and creating while experimenting in the kitchen. I found joy in baking, in particular, and decided to pursue it further, which led me to enroll at Le Cordon Bleu in London, where I studied classical French patisserie.

Both learning at LCB and working in a bakery in Central London gave me invaluable insights into the culinary world. Despite early morning starts and long hours, seeing customers enjoy my creations fueled my passion.

After high demand for bespoke orders, I transitioned into full-time "caking" in 2015, establishing Georgia’s Cakes, selling cakes to private clients. My business quickly evolved, and I began creating cakes for larger events such as weddings and press events, even creating cakes for celebrities such as Rihanna and Cara Delevingne. 

Since then, I've built up an online presence of over 1 million followers across my YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook pages, held and taught hundreds of students in cake workshops, appeared on national television, and have recently published my debut book, Georgia's Cakes.

Whilst my journey hasn't been linear, it's led me to where I am today. I'm excited to share my knowledge, passion, and cake secrets with you through my platforms and new book!
